02 - 1 small round cheese wheel (e.g., Babybel or Brie, 2 inches diameter)

05 - 1 bunch fresh chives
06 - 120 ml black olives (about 1/2 cup)
07 - 120 ml green grapes (about 1/2 cup)
08 - 120 ml cherry tomatoes (about 1/2 cup)
09 - 120 ml cubed Gouda cheese (about 1/2 cup)
10 - 120 ml crackers (about 1/2 cup)

11 - 120 ml hummus (about 1/2 cup)
12 - 120 ml ranch dressing (about 1/2 cup)

# Directions:

01 - Place the cheese wheel at the center of a large serving platter to form the base.
02 - Lay the large square cracker directly on top of the cheese wheel, aligning edges to resemble a graduation cap.
03 - Cut a thin strip from the red bell pepper and place one end on the center of the cracker, letting it drape over the edge as a tassel.
04 - Tie a fresh chive around the base of the pepper strip to mimic the tassel knot.
05 - Arrange cheddar slices, olives, grapes, cherry tomatoes, Gouda cubes, and crackers artistically around the cap to create an inviting platter.
06 - Serve with optional hummus and ranch dressing in small bowls placed on the side.
