# What you'll need:

→ Matcha Latte Base

01 - 2 teaspoons high-quality matcha powder
02 - 2 tablespoons hot water (about 175°F)

→ Sweetener & Flavor

03 - 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
04 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus additional for garnish

→ Milk

05 - 2 cups unsweetened oat milk

→ Optional

06 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Directions:

01 - Whisk matcha powder with hot water in a small bowl until smooth and frothy.
02 - Combine oat milk, maple syrup, and ground cinnamon in a small saucepan and heat over medium until steaming but not boiling.
03 - Stir in vanilla extract if using.
04 - Pour the heated oat milk mixture into the matcha, whisking or frothing until well combined and frothy.
05 - Divide the latte evenly between two mugs.
06 - Sprinkle cinnamon on top and serve immediately.
