- Fan out sliced prosciutto, salami, and smoked turkey breast above the pumpkin, alternating colors and textures for visual appeal.
- Create arcs radiating from the turkey base using sliced sharp cheddar, Swiss, brie, and cubed gouda to mimic wheat field rows.
- Arrange whole wheat crackers, multigrain crackers, and baguette slices in lines or curves around the cheeses to suggest wheat stalks.
- Distribute clusters of grapes, apple and pear slices, alongside dried apricots and cranberries around the cheese and meats.
- Place roasted almonds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, and rosemary sprigs in remaining spaces to add texture and garnish.
- Insert pretzel sticks along the edges and among cheeses and fruits to enhance the wheat field effect.
