06 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseed
07 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
# Directions:
01 - Place banana slices, frozen mango chunks, frozen pineapple chunks, and fresh baby spinach into the blender container.
02 - Pour in the almond milk. Add chia seeds or flaxseed and honey or maple syrup if using for extra nutrition and sweetness.
03 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, approximately 1-2 minutes. Stop to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed to ensure all ingredients are fully incorporated.
04 - Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired. If the texture is too thick, add additional almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
05 - Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately while cold. For optimal freshness, consume within 30 minutes of blending.
