- Noodles & Garnish: 12 oz (340 g) egg noodles, 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1:
- Place the beef, onion, garlic, and mushrooms in the slow cooker.
- Step 2:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika. Pour over the beef mixture in the slow cooker.
- Step 3:
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, or until the beef is very tender.
- Step 4:
- In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and flour until smooth. Stir this mixture into the slow cooker and cook on high for 20 30 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
