01 - 10 mini bagels (plain or assorted)
→ Cream Cheese Base
02 - 7 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
04 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

05 - 2 tbsp finely chopped black olives (black ring)
06 - 2 tbsp finely chopped yellow bell pepper (yellow ring)
07 - 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill or chives (green ring)
08 - 2 tbsp finely diced tomatoes or roasted red peppers (red ring)
09 - 2 tbsp finely chopped purple cabbage (blue ring) or blue food coloring with cream cheese
→ Decoration
10 - 10 small fresh basil leaves
11 - Edible gold dust or sesame seeds (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Slice mini bagels horizontally and arrange cut-side up on a large serving platter in the shape of five interlocking Olympic rings.
02 - In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese with Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper until smooth.
03 - Separate the cream cheese mixture into five bowls. Incorporate one colored topping into each: black olives, yellow bell pepper, dill or chives, tomatoes or roasted red peppers, and purple cabbage or blue food coloring for the respective rings.
04 - Generously spread each colored cream cheese mixture onto two bagel halves, matching the colors to the Olympic rings.
05 - Arrange the decorated bagel halves in overlapping interlocking rings to form the Olympic symbol on the platter.
06 - Top each ring with a fresh basil leaf and optionally sprinkle with edible gold dust or sesame seeds for a medal-like finish.
