# What you'll need:

01 - 6 mini bagels, sliced in half
→ Sauce & Toppings
02 - 120 ml pizza sauce
03 - 113 g shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 36 to 48 mini pepperoni slices
05 - 15 ml grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
06 - 1.5 ml dried oregano
07 - 0.6 ml red pepper flakes (optional)

08 - 15 ml fresh basil, chopped (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place mini bagel halves cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Spread approximately 2 teaspoons of pizza sauce evenly over each bagel half.
04 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over each sauced bagel half.
05 - Top each bagel half with 3 to 4 slices of mini pepperoni.
06 - Optional: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes over the toppings.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and bagels are crisp.
08 - Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped basil if desired. Serve warm.
