# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The sweet-heat combo hits differently than anything else—honey and pepperoni weren't meant to be strangers.
  • Dinner comes together in under 30 minutes without any fussy rising or kneading involved.
  • It looks impressive enough to share but easy enough that you won't stress about getting it right.
02 -
  • Don't skip the hot baking sheet or stone—it's the difference between flatbread and actual pizza crust texture.
  • The honey must be drizzled right after baking while everything is still hot, or the sweetness won't marry with the rest of the flavors.
03 -
  • Keep the red onion raw instead of cooking it—the crunch and sharpness are what make this dish feel alive.
  • If your honey is thick and hard to drizzle, warm it gently for 10 seconds in the microwave, and it'll flow like it means it.
