06 - 3.5 oz crumbled goat cheese

07 - 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
08 - 1 small cucumber, sliced
09 - 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
10 - 1 medium carrot, cut into sticks
11 - 1/4 cup sliced black olives
12 - 1/4 cup pitted and sliced green olives
13 - 1/4 cup baby arugula or microgreens

→ Crackers & Extras

14 - 1 box assorted gluten-free crackers (or regular as preferred)
15 - 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
16 - 2 tbsp fig jam

# Directions:

01 - Place a gingerbread man-shaped outline on a large serving board using parchment paper or a cookie cutter as a guide.
02 - Layer prosciutto, salami, and smoked turkey breast slices along the outline to form the arms, legs, and head of the figure.
03 - Fill the body area with alternating slices of cheddar and Swiss cheese, incorporating texture and color variation.
04 - Use black olives as buttons, halved cherry tomatoes for cheeks, cucumber slices for hands and feet, and red bell pepper strips to create a scarf or smile.
05 - Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese along the arms and legs to mimic icing decoration.
06 - Surround the gingerbread man with crackers, carrot sticks, arugula, and any remaining meats and cheeses for accessible serving.
07 - Present whole grain mustard and fig jam on the side for added flavor.
