01 - 8 oz goat cheese, softened
02 - ½ cup dried cranberries, chopped
03 - 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves, optional
04 - 1 tsp honey
05 - ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

06 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
07 - 1 cup fresh blueberries
08 - 1 cup fresh raspberries
09 - 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, torn, optional

02 - Transfer the mixture onto plastic wrap, shape into a log, wrap tightly, smooth surface, and chill for 15 to 30 minutes to firm.
03 - While chilling, gently toss strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and mint leaves in a separate bowl.
04 - Unwrap the goat cheese log, place on a serving platter, and arrange the berry mixture attractively around it.
05 - Serve immediately with gluten-free crackers or baguette slices as desired.
