# What you'll need:
→ Chocolate Cream
01 - 1/2 cup cold heavy cream
02 - 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
03 - 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
04 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of salt
→ Cold Brew Coffee
06 - 1 1/2 cups chilled cold brew coffee
07 - Ice cubes as needed
→ Garnish
08 - Chocolate syrup for drizzling
09 - Shaved chocolate or cocoa powder (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Combine heavy cream, chocolate syrup, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in a mixing bowl.
02 - Whisk by hand or use an electric mixer to whip until mixture thickens slightly and soft peaks form. Avoid overwhipping.
03 - Fill two serving glasses with ice cubes.
04 - Pour 3/4 cup chilled cold brew coffee into each glass.
05 - Spoon chocolate cream gently over the top of each glass, allowing it to float above the coffee.
06 - Drizzle chocolate syrup and sprinkle shaved chocolate or cocoa powder if desired.
07 - Serve immediately with a straw.
