# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk vegetable oil, eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
04 - Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined; avoid overmixing.
05 - Fold in mini chocolate chips, rainbow sprinkles, and half of the marshmallows, pretzels, and nuts carefully.
06 - Pour batter into prepared pan and evenly scatter remaining marshmallows, pretzels, and nuts on top.
07 - Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted centrally comes out with a few moist crumbs.
08 - Allow to cool completely in the pan.
09 - Lift cake out using parchment paper and cut into approximately 1.5-inch squares.
