02 - 12 medium strawberries

# Directions:

01 - Peel the bananas and slice into 12 equal rounds, approximately 1/2 inch thick.
02 - Wash and hull the strawberries thoroughly.
03 - Thread one banana slice onto each skewer, followed by a strawberry with the pointy end upwards to resemble Santa’s hat.
04 - Use a small dab of melted white chocolate or frosting to affix a mini marshmallow onto the tip of each strawberry, creating the pom-pom.
05 - Apply a small amount of white chocolate or frosting below each banana slice with a toothpick to form Santa’s beard.
06 - Gently press two mini chocolate chips into each banana slice to resemble Santa’s eyes.
07 - Arrange the completed skewers on a serving platter and refrigerate until ready to serve.
