Baguette Slices in Circle (Print)

Crisp baguette rounds baked golden and arranged in a circle for elegant serving.

# What you'll need:

→ Bread

01 - 1 fresh baguette

→ Optional Garnish

02 - 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
03 - 1 clove garlic, halved
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (parsley, thyme), finely chopped

# Directions:

01 - Set the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) to warm up while preparing the bread slices.
02 - Cut the baguette into ½-inch thick rounds using a serrated bread knife.
03 - Place the baguette slices in a circular pattern on a baking sheet, slightly overlapping each slice to form a ring.
04 - Lightly brush the top of each slice with extra-virgin olive oil, rub with the cut side of the garlic clove, and sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs if desired.
05 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the slices turn golden brown and are crisp to the touch.
06 - Remove from oven and allow the bread circle to cool slightly before serving as a centerpiece with dips or accompaniments.
